<div style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Class I :</span> Child completing 5 years on 1st April of the Academic year.</div><div><br></div><div style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Classes I to VIII:</span> There will be no formal test or interview, screening methods right will be reserve by school if number of applicants are more than the number of seat available.</div><div> </div><div style="text-align: justify; "><span style="font-weight: bold;">For Classes IX to XII:</span> Guidelines by CBSE will be strictly followed.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Documents Required While Admission :</span></div><div>- Original Transfer Certificate from previous school</div><div>- Attested copy of date of Birth Certificate</div><div>- Two passport sized colored photograph</div><div>- Attested mark sheet of previous class</div><div> </div><div style="text-align: justify; ">25% of the total seats reserved under RTE for children at entry level</div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-weight: bold;">Note :</span> Purchasing the prospectus doesn't entitle to right of admission.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Assessment:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">A system of continuous assessment is followed in all Forms as Guide Lines formed by CBSE For Class I to XII.</div><div style="text-align: justify;">To ensure ongoing progress without anxiety and fear of failure, round the year holistic assessment of the individual is done using a variety of tools including formal examinations from Class-VI. The continuous assessment covers both scholastic and co-scholastic aspect of pupil growth including health status, personal and social quality interests attitudes and values proficiency in co-curricular activities and academic competence.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Evaluation System:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">The academic year is divided into two semester & examination are held at the end of each semester.</div><div>1st Semester Examination - September</div><div>2nd Semester Examination - March</div><div>Pre-Board for Class XII - December – January</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Report on Progress:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">Parents will receive computer generated report for each term of the academic year.</div><div style="text-align: justify; ">Feedback on Progress : Parents are requested to sign each evaluation sheets and handover back. This will ensure that they are always aware of their wards progress.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Attendance: </span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">A student is required to keep 75% attendance in each term. The students failing to fulfill the required attendance shall not be permitted to appear Annual Exams.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Home Work Policy:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">Each pupil should have a Rawat Public School Diary, which is life orientation of school where he / she is to record the home set each day. Revision, consolidation and preparation of done work should take place every night.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Counseling Departments: </span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">The counseling department assists pupils with selection of subject courses and careers, as well as dealing with problem of personal adjustment.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">School Conveyance:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">Conveyance facility is available on all routes. Students are not permitted to withdraw from the van facility in the mid-session unless there is a shifting of residence and in case of withdraw, conveyance fee will not be refundable.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Clubs Bonding as a team:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">The School provides fairly wide range of activities through different clubs. Various clubs help in the enhancement of creativity & personality of our students. There are Literary Club, Reader' Club, Eco Club, Quiz Club, Health Club, Commerce Club, Maths Club, Science Club, Heritage Club, Cyber Club. Fine Arts & Music Club.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Summer Camp:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;">School organizes various hobby classes such as Basketball, Art & Craft, Drama, Dance, Sculpture, Table Tennis & Cricket during summer camp.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Visiting Hours with the Director / Principal:</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">Meetings are arranged by prior appointment only. Timings for meeting are 9.30 am to 10.30 am. It is advised to fix up an appointment before a visit made to avoid inconvenience. The school is judged by the conduct of the students. They should greet their teachers and elders where ever they meet them. Being respectful and use of appropriate language is expected from all members of the student body.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Rules & Regulations :</span></div><div>1. Students must reach school five minutes before the first ball ring.</div><div>2. Students must keep their bicycles duly locked at the cycle stand.</div><div>3. Objectionable reading material is not allowed in the school.</div><div>4. Bringing mobiles phones, i pods or any other electronic item to school is strictly prohibited. Those will be confiscated if a student's is found carrying them.</div><div>5. Students must take care of the school property. Damaging school furniture & property shall initiate disciplinary action.</div><div>6. Students found visiting the kiosks outside the school will be subject to disciplinary action.</div><div> </div><div><span style="font-weight: bold;">Withdrawals :</span></div><div style="text-align: justify; ">One full calendar month's notice in writing or one month's fee in lieu thereof is required for the withdrawal of a child from the school. Transfer certificate will be issued only after outstanding dues and transfer certificate fees have been paid.</div>
